[B]OPIS:[/B] Bitwa pod Passchendaele - jedna z najkrwawszych bitew I Wojny Światowej rozegrana pomiędzy połączonymi armiami Wielkiej Brytanii, Kanady, Południowej Afryki, ANZAC i Francji, a armią Cesarstwa Niemieckiego. Plan Aliantów zakładał uczynienie wyłomu w liniach niemieckich, dostanie się na belgijskie wybrzeże i zajęcie znajdujących się tam baz niemieckich łodzi podwodnych.

Kanadyjski dramat, którego akcja toczy się podczas I wojny światowej. Jest to historia kanadyjskich żołnierzy, miłości i bohaterstwa.
Sierżant Michael Dunne (Paul Gross) zostaje odesłany do obrony ludności cywilnej, po tym jak zostaje ranny. W czasie powrotu do zdrowia poznaje Sarah (Caroline Dhavernas), młodą pielęgniarkę i zako*******e się w niej. Dziewczyna cały czas żyje w strachu spowodowanym trwającym konfliktem. Jej ojciec zginął w czasie działań wojennych a młodszy brat David (Joe Dinicol) wkrótce zostanie wcielony do wojska. Gdy David zostaje wysłany do Europy, Michael podąża za nim gotowy za wszelką
